Help with worker permissions

Can't update some of our workers profiles and we can't figure out why. See message in red near the top of the screenshot.

You aren't able to edit other workers if you have less permissions than that worker. So it's letting you know that you know that you have to have an admin set your permissiosn higher than the worker you are currently on
