The changes to the PO system look good, but there is one thing missing: We can't tell if we have sent the PO to the vendor. Will you add that please?

More problems. We have a lot of POs that we are 99% sure have been signed, but they do not reflect that in the leads. Here is one example. We believe all of the POs have been signed on lead 56518133.

This dashboard chart seems to confirm that they have been signed. They would all be on this list if they had not been signed.

We are having the developers look into this.

This has been fixed!

That was quick! Thanks!

Any word on adding an indicator that a PO has been sent to the vendor? Maybe change the status to "Sent"?

You are very welcome, I have added another ticket for the PO being changed to sent.

We are still having several problems with POs. I don't know exactly how to explain it because I don't know what is happening. Here is one:

Lead 60985397

What caused this PO to have a Created date?

c63f878a602db3486bc44a6887e229ec

Whatever added that date, it seems to have locked the PO so it is not showing the updated price.

The other problem is much more confusing. I will get back to that when I have better details.

Per Developer:

That is when worker Kristina Gentle originally created this PO, you can see it in the Lead’s log (even though it says Contract, it should say PO). At that specific point in time (04/09), that’s what the vendor rentals looked like (the one item w/ $0.00). After that occurred, even if they updated its price, that PO had already been created & saved/frozen in time to reflect the lead’s vendor rentals & price at that moment:

Prior to the latest release’s PO section overhaul, the lead would’ve looked like this, same as it generally does in their screenshot (it’s since been archived & a new one was signed, so it now shows differently):
