Payments not in QB
Need Answer
IO shows that the payment has synced to QB, but when we click on it shows an error, says that the duplicate document number error. There is not a duplicate invoice number. 2 leads are affected; #62815043 & #62721717. See attached images.

When you click the qbo link on the payment line it takes you to the following url: https://qbo.intuit.com/app/recvpayment?txnId=Invoice Deleted
But the invoice isn't deleted. It's in QBO.
