Apologize in advance if these questions are basic, but I don't know the system well enough to know what I can do if I install these updates

I noticed in WordPress that there is an update for the IO-Kenos theme from 2.1.19 to 2.20.1 what does this theme update accomplish?

InflatableOffice WP Integration current 6.20.0 update to 6.20.1
Note I have WP version 6.9.4
Is it ok to install these updates?
Spyder Development created our website they focused on the home page and I don't think they did anything related to how inventory shows or the cart. Is there any harm in installing these updates?

These version updates are hotfixes for issues that came up in the plugin updates. I don't believe there is an exhaustive list for minor fixes, although it is generally recommended to use the latest updates for the plugin and theme. For website we host these updates should happen automatically.
