Have website images been restricted? You can see all of the images in the inventory (and they were live) and now the front end only shows 4?

It looks like this is caused by your edits to the io_rental shortcode. I can update it to the newest version, but you will lose any changes you've made to it. Alternatively, you can have your dev look at bringing any changes they made to it to an updated version.

This is not true. We have not touched a shortcode in over 1 year.

The log indicates this was updated on 23/04 which was not us but rather an IO update. You'll also note by the code, it's quite clear we didn't add that code.

Given IO updated this without our knowledge (and you have other customers advising the same thing in your Facebook Group), it should not be out developer expense to "fix it".

Please update the code so that all images show as they were previously

Richard,

The shortcode update on 23/04 was made by Christian as he was trying to resolve this issue. All changes he made were reverted to their previous state after he completed testing.

We are having an additional developer look into this issue and will send you an update on this as soon as we have one.
