How do I add info to the Calendar such that when I hover over the event it shows me more info? I want it to tell me the Delivery Type (or even be color coded based on the Delivery Type), and maybe other custom info if possible.

I want the Notes on my Shifts to show up when my Workers select the shift to claim it.

You can adjust this information by going to Settings-->Document Center-->Miscellaneous Templates-->Add Templates.

To adjust the calendar hover, select the page type as "Calendar Quotes Hover".

For the worker calendar shift details, the page type will be "Shift Available (summary)".

If you click the green "load in default template" link underneath the page type, the default information will be added to the template.

Can we request this popup be more editable? Right now we can only add text. It'd be great if we could edit it like the lead hover popup.

Re calendar: This worked for the Month view, but it did not change the Week and Day views.

re shift notes: I created the Miscellaneous Template as you instructed; I don't see any notes when I look at shifts... Does it take time to update/upload? Or do I need to do another step to make the template active?

Correct, the calendar hover will only affect the month view.

For the shift available template, if you hover over the blue dot for the available shift, you will see the template information listed.

Can I make the hover affect the week and day views?

If not, can I customize, maybe with a report or something, the week and day views, so I only see the events that are of certain Delivery Types?

Mobile devices - which is what my workers use and I would assume most people's workers use to claim shifts - do not "hover" that I know of...What is another way to ensure the Notes are visible when they are looking to claim shifts?

The calendar hover is currently only used for the month view.

You can filter the calendar in the left side search by typing in your delivery methods in the search bar to only view that specific delivery type.

You could use the shift details popup template in Miscellaneous Templates to display the information you would like. This would require the worker to click on the shift and open a popup. The template details will display above the sign up button.
