Can i create new page group without messing anything

We would need a different quote confirm page for a special acitivity we have. So i was thinking of creating a group page for that. It would only be used by the admin, choosing it in the rental section of the lead.
When i click on add new page group; it gives me this (see below)
but when i go in the lead section; the names of the pages are different. See second image.
Can you tell me how and where should i build that different template (quote) ?

Yes. Settings>pages/templates. You should see a second set of all pages there that you can edit.

Yes in the Settings-->Pages/Templates next to the Add Page Template if you click the drop down you can create a new group (see attached)
