Is anyone able to help me to stop this from happening sometimes when I go on my site to test the checkout process it doesn't let me checkout it say waiting for quote approval I just want it to go to the contract area and the paying area anyone know the fix?

Make sure you have auto booking on and your days of notice is far enough out to allow your test lead date

When I look at the most recent quote you tested for this it says "Event Too Close to Current Time" in the email alert you were sent. If you go to Settings-->Online Quoting you will see this is set to 3 days and the event date is for 03/17

That's a very common problem Josh that's why I sent you that screenshot so you could work around your settings
