Good morning, im trying to set up reports to help with my sales tax filings. I charge a $20 deposit and it adds a 3% surcharge to each transaction. when i add the report column called Payment(taxable amount) it shows 18.71. why is that? that doesnt seem right. to me the taxable amount should be the $20.

I added the Payment amount. This is what you need if you are paying the sales tax when as payments are made. You will see the difference when you run report now.
