Customers can leave only 1$ payments when we require 25%

We have a bunch of leads right now say they booked. Missing contract signatures and deposits. I think some customers think they're done after they click book this event. Others quotes go to spam. So this is rocky start have to call 6 leads tomorrow. Any tips or insights . This can't continue to be regular

I would change the button to say something like Confirm my order, or View Rental Agreement.

thank you. is there any way to restrict them from entering a value less that 25%? right now they can enter 1$ and pay and sign.

Do you have an example where $1 was paid, contract was signed, and the lead was moved to confirmed? We can remove the "other amount" on the contract if that's what you are wanting.

well we were able to when we saw customers were thinking they were booked without signing and paying. we fixed the book now button but could sign contract after 1$ payment. can we remove other amount? thats be great fix, only two options 25% or full balance
