I was trying to edit parts of my emails because I don’t like how robotic they look. How do we edit things like the header that gets automatically added to the emails?
Also, I get an email every time a quote is made and I don’t want that. How can I change that?

The header is pulled in from the logo that in set in the Settings--Account Preferences.
You can mange the alerts you get in the Settings--Alerts Center.
