Am I missing it, or is there a way to route multiple locations(business names) together in the new routing system? I see the option in the old one but the new system, I do not see an option to select all locations.

No this is not an option at this time.

There is a feature request in with developers to add this to the new router but no current ETA of when this will be added. Legacy supports it but the new planner does not currently.
