Lead section Order

I have the lead section order set by going to settings>display order> Lead Sections. But Kelsey's leads sections are not in that order. I set it both in my profile and in the master profile.

Developer has advised lead section display order is per-worker. Worker Kasbell lacks Leads Display Order and Settings Display Order permissions. Once granted, they should login to that worker account, Settings → Display Order → Leads: Section Order and configure it how they want it specifically how that worker wants it.
