Delete optional field check box

Hello - I need to remove this from optional field that we created but iO won't let me. I know it's linked to a filer, which I also can't seem to delete. I no longer need to use this with our operations so trying to remove it .

Please help, and see attached screenshot for the optional fields I want to delete.
