I am having an issue with quotes not being emailed to the customer automatically. How can this be resolved?

Which email are you expecting to go out and do you have a lead example where it did not send?

I am wanting customers to receive an email with the quote soon as one is generated so if they decide to leave the page or close out the page they have an easy way of opening and viewing the quote to book. For some reason I dont think mine is setup correctly like that.

I see you have the "Customer - Recent Quote (Admin Created)" email turned on in Settings-->Email Center. This will go out as a reminder after a quote is created in the backend.

There is also "Customer - Recent Quote (Customer Created)" That will send out after the customer has created a quote from your checkout page. You can adjust the send rate to 0.10 days since last lead. If you set the send rate any lower than this, the email will have a chance to not send.

Looking at "Customer - Recent Quote (admin created)", you have this set to send .001 days since last lead (or quote creation). I would recommend adjusting this to 0.10.

Should I deactivate one of those two Recent Quote emails to not send automatically? I am trying to ensure that only one email is sent to the customer with the quote emailed immediately upon generating. This should ensure that the client has the quote readily available for them to proceed with booking.

The admin created email will only send if the lead is created on the back end and the customer created email will only send if the customer creates a lead from your checkout/quote page. They should not send at the same time or to the same lead.

Okay I am admin for my page and I did set that up.

Can you confirm that I have it setup correctly for quote emails to be sent out automatically? I am looking to have quotes emailed to the client immediately upon generating as long as the client has an email on file.

It looks like you have the Customer - Recent Quote (Customer Created) turned on. I have adjusted the send rate to .10 so it will send out properly. This email will send after the customer created the quote automatically.

By having it set to .10 it will sent out about 2.5 hours after the quote is generated? Is this correct?

If this is correct is there a way to have the quote sent out immediately for the quote to go to the email on file?

We can create an automation that can send the email anywhere from 15minutes to an hour after the quote is created. But there is no way to have it send immediately.
