I have multiple payment options on checkout that I don't actually have

Check out with IO is not great... it looks bad, but I tolerate it for the other good things you offer... Something I CANNOT get fixed is my checkout screen offers payment options I don't have selected. I have to guide people on which tile to click on so the payment will actually go through.


Can someone help so it actually only has the payment options my clients can use?

Have you tried changing it through Merchant Services? Disable the merchants you do not use by clicking each one and Disable.

The merchant you use, click an make sure the options you prefer are on or off.

Example, we use Square as our preferred merchant, however, we do not allow Google Pay, After Pay, or Apple Pay because we may not be able to run the card for the remaining balance. In my Square, those choices are unselected.

From what I can see, you have Square as the merchant and accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Now the echeck... is that something you need as well? I do not accept checks, so we changed that under Payment Preference.

As for the Gift Card, that we do use specially when a customer needs to reschedule but they do not have a future date yet. A gift card is issued as a credit for their future reservation. Are you familiar with the gift card?

Yes, also go to Settings-->Payment Preferences and be sure that any payment options you do not offer are set to No

Under Websites / Admin Login / go to your website and Optimize /clear cache. It may take a while to refresh any changes you may have done. Otherwise, an IO rep may have to fix the issue from their end.
