I'm needing to send the email for a deposit is required withing 2 hours, but I can't get it to come up when I go under my email templates. Could someone please tell me how to do it? Thank you!

So, basically, I've been holding a spot for someone for 2 weeks that hasn't paid their deposit yet and are not responding to texts. I'd like to be able to send them an email that says deposit required within 2 hours, or I'm releasing your rental. Thank you!

For this specific customer, you can use the email template "Customer - Event Needs Payment in 2hrs". It is a manual email in the email center (found in Settings-->Email Center). I have the email template activated for you. If you refresh your page and select the email tool with the lead open, you will be able to to send this manual email template to your customer.
