If you do not have an address listed on your GBP it will not be able to be connected to Google reviews under the IO Plugin. You can use an external plugin like Trustindex.io to display your reviews on your site instead.

I had this same problem. I added the plug in “TrustIndex” which is for reviews like google. When downloaded it prompted me to get my “Place ID” which is hard to find if you don’t have an exact address on Google. You can either contact google for them to give you your “Place ID” or you can google yourself, either go to “Directions” or click on the map provided for your business, this will send you to Google Maps with directions. Copy that Google Maps URL into “TrustIndex” and it should pop up. This is how I did mine because I run my business from my house so I don’t provide my exact dates on google. Worked like a charm and my google reviews appeared on my site right away!
