I want to add a notation for the customers to see "6 hr Party time slot." **If the party times is more, it will double the cost of the equipment on the quote. How can i prompt a message to go off when they are adding Date and time to there calender ?

Probably is it something they'll see before they add the time. Before they see the quote mainly. I just don't want them to get scared away. Then they'll jyst book with someone else.

People always put 8am to 9pm barely ever their actual party times. I have a handful of things I wanted to do is it possible to have a online chat sharing screen kind of stuff

With the gladiator obstacle course, I put the two units as an accessories. I overrided the price check boxes on both of them. That way, it would just show 850 for the 1 main gaunlet in full. What if I clicked on hide accessory took off the override price what is link quantity. Sorry trying to mess with it.
