Additional Forms in WP Theme IO-Kenos

How can we add a new form in WordPress using the IO-Kenos theme without having the submit button submit the results to IO as a lead/contact?
I've removed it from the form submission settings but it seems like it's a hardcoded function.
Commenting out the AddAction in functions.php also doesn't seem to do much.
Any help is appreciated.

Forms can be added using elementor. If you don't want elementor forms to integrate with IO, you can turn it off in the InflatableOffice Plugin Setup section. make sure you have the latest kenos theme installed because there was a bug in older versions. there is a link here: Wordpress - Developer Resources
