Hello, I use square. and I have it selected to save card on file. I went to charge customer Jessica Sroufe for her rental this weekend and there is no card on file. but she left a deposit already. Could it be because she paid apple pay? it shows last 4 digits of the card number on square.

If the customer paid with Apple Pay, the card on file will not be saved.
This is also the case for Google Pay and if the customer were to pay a prepaid credit card (like a gift card).
