Cash option has no call to action

I am curious if there is a way to give the customer a "confirmed" signal after selecting the cash payment option. From the way it looks, once you select "cash" as a customer.... nothing happens.
Unfortunately the status would not be automatically moved for cash payments. You would need to manually set it.
