I changed my logo and I’ve updated in on the website but my emails still show the old one.

If it's an email template using the *header* variable, you will need to update the logo in the Settings--Account preferences and it will update on your email template and anywhere the header variable is used on templates for your logo. If the the template is using an image for the logo you would need to go into the Settings--Email Center and adjust on the email template.
