Adjusting Event Date/Time for New Event

See screen shot, I'm creating a new event for a School Customer. I cannot figure out how to change the dates/times for a new event. I've tried everything and it won't let me pick a future date/time for some reason,
Please help!! this is a big opportunity.

Click on the colored rectangle boxes up top. blue might be the event time

Juan, Thanks; I did this before and it didn't work for some reason. This time I clicked on it twice and it allowed me to select a future date. Thanks for the help, I needed to go back to that but didn't know I needed to click it twice. Have a good weekend!
