Is there a way to set the new quote email template to be automatic?

In my email center, the "customer - quote" is set to manual, with the only change option being the "newsletter".


ideally I'm looking for when "customer" enters quote online, they receive an email of their quote automatically if they want to come back to it later, instead of reaching out to me to ask for it back or filling out a new quote.

You could use the email "Customer - Recent Quote (customer created)" which is an automatic email that is sent to the customer if they have not booked yet. This email template is default set to send 1 day after the quote was created. If you are wanting it to send sooner, you can enter the amount as .1 days at minimum.

Can someone walk me through the process of adding a new email.


I did so by copying the contract received email and changed the information to reflect the quote information, but When I try to add an automatic email or a template email nothing pops up. Is there a template name cheat sheet somewhere to view?

New email templates created in the email center will always either be a manual template or a newsletter. You can make a manual email into an automatic email by creating an automation with a filter. Are you wanting to create a quote received email automation?
