Alert not received

Lead 9239915 is in partial quote status however we never received the alert for it.

Further, they've managed to select an old Vendor item and apply it to their quote. How is this possible?

It looks like the alerts have been going out regularly so could have been something as simple as an email server problem at the time...hard to say. The vendor item is a little more complicated. It could be from an old quote email? A customer can edit an old quote and add it to a new one.
