Override Distance

Good evening:

I had distance restrictions set up but wanted to override on an individual basis. I moved the event to confirmed however the system still did not allow a booking. I have since turned off distance restrictions to see if they can book. I dont want to do that in the future. How do I override that?

what happened when you moved it to confirmed? Did you get an email when they tried to acess it and what did it say if you did?

Distance Settings Prohibit Booking: Go to Settings->Distance Charges->Restrict By.

I had to remove all restrictions.

Ok, what are you status settings for confirmed?

How do I find that? I thought by moving it to confirmed it overrides any restrictions?

It should. By default contracted and up should override it.
