Automatically add main rental item when accessory is added to cart

On our Wordpress site, accessories are laid out beneath the main rental item and can be "added to cart" by clicking their button. What I notice though is that you can add "extra popcorn supplies" to the cart without actually adding the "popcorn machine".
Is it possible to automatically add the popcorn machine to the cart when any of it's accessories are added?

It looks like it pulls it over to check out...but not to the cart. I let a developer know and will let know when it's fixed!
