If a customer has a gift card credit and completes an online quote, is there a way (for us as admin) to tell that the customer has that gift card credit (from the lead and not having to go into the customer's profile)?
I can't see any area in the lead that would show/alert us that the customer has a gift card credit
No, the only other spot would be to go to Settings-->Gift Cards and you can see a list of customers/Gift Card balances

Yes I wish there was a way that if they had a gift card available that something would pop up when you put in a new order for them. I would think with all of the new conditional items added on that this would now be possible. Just wanted this to be revisited now that all of this new stuff came out.

I used to paste the gift card info in the customer notes. Now I add it as a journal entry in the CRM. It's the best way I've kept up with this.

Yes, now would be to go to the customer's profile and see what they have listed there under Gift Cards
