Filter and Fee for "Late Night Charge"

I'm attempting to add a filter and fee for a late night charge for any event that starts or ends after 6:30pm


Example 4pm -7pm

7pm start - 11pm end


How do I properly use the "lead end hour" filter for this? IS there a better way?

Hi Donald,

This can certainly be configured; however, the filter must use a full-hour value, so 6:30 would not be supported.


You may set up the filter as shown in the screenshot below to apply a late-night fee for events that begin or end after 6:00 PM.

Thank you, I'm now running into an issue where the fee is "locked" for the price and If I delete it, it comes back. I have had this issue before with the damage waiver but that has been fixed.

Would you like this to apply automatically whenever a lead meets the filter criteria, unless it is manually overridden?


Additionally, could you please provide the lead number for the record where this fee is being applied manually?

The way I would like it to work is an automatic fee that is assessed if the start/end time of the event is after 6 pm.


Yes, I would like to manually be able to override it as in remove, change the amount, reduce, increase, etc. But i still want it to populate first if the criteria is met.

You will need to navigate to Settings → Promotions and Fees, open the specific fee, and uncheck the “Automatically Recalculate” option located at the bottom of the fee settings. Once this option is disabled, you should be able to delete the fee as an administrator.
