Another automatic email failed to send, but WHY?

This has been happening sporadically but we never get an actual answer as to what causes this to happen. I cannot rely on the automations if they do not go out as expected
After a deposit is paid, generally, an auto email goes out called "deposit paid". Here's the log from both the customer log and auto email log.

Ok, on this one it's a copy of another lead...so the system thinks it's actually a "completed" lead and so it's not going to send this type of automated email out on a completed lead.
