What is the best way to differenciate leads that comes from our web site vs leads created by a representative ? For statistics purposes
I know i can create an automation to filed an optional field but not sure how to create the filter for that.

You could create a report with the field "Lead Creator" added as one of the columns. This would typically show if the customer created the lead or the "Company"/Representative.
After testing this field, it appears to be showing the opposite information. I am having our developers look into this and will let you know once this report field has been fixed.
