I think it would be very useful if we could set-up an text message auto-reply when a customer texts us. We don't / can't monitor our IO phone # easily, so the beginning of all our IO texts start with (reply to: 330-123-4567). Customers still reply. If we could auto-reply "this is an automated line only, direct all calls/texts to 330-123-4567, that would be awesome!
