I would like to know if there is access to IO web devs for a meeting with my UX designer concerning my customers check out experience. Currently it is broken and I was told that IO web devs were looking into it. Havent heard back yet and my UX designer has questions on customization with checkout. Do I have that support from IO? How do I set a time for a meeting. Not with an intermediary to pass along questions but an actual Developer. Please and Thank you.

Correct. We don't offer support for customizing the checkout process. We can meet with your UX designer and answer questions, but it would be up to you and your designer to implement any checkout customization. Here is a link to schedule a meeting.

I was able to have Gemini sort through the code, and make minor cosmetic changes - it loads slow, but looks much less old fashioned.

We have a scheduled software release set for 2/24/26. Nothing is actually on the schedule to be released tomorrow. However, when speaking with the developer about the release of our new and improved plugin, he mentioned that this will go out tomorrow. This update will, among other things, add better support for packages.
