Not sure how but i noticed people are able to pick a different pickup for next day. I have it set to auto select 7am. Could it be they are selecting multiple day and then picking a time? but I don't see it charging for two days? and one recent customer had 8am pickup and I don't have that as an option for end time. I'm confused. check customer Angie Ortega my last lead

I tested this and unless you choose multi day you cannot adjust the time. This user must have picked the overnight.

Yeah, she said 12pm to 12pm next day was auto selected so she had to have selected multiple day by mistake. But now my issues is why didn't it charge the 2nd day rate? I noticed if i choose 12:15 or later next day it up charges but not if its 12pm. Can you help me with that. Next day is anything after 7.

No, overnight is free. Overnight rentals should automatically be 7am pickup. The issues with multiple day


If customers picks multiple day it defaults 12pm - 12pm then 2nd day rate should apply, no matter what pickup time they choose I want it to charge 2nd price.


(Right now if they pick 12:00pm on multiple day it doesn’t charge 2nd rate, only if they select 12:15 or later ? That’s where I’m confused.

12 to 12 is considered 1 day, once they go past that time it will charge the 2nd day price.

Ok so what are my option?. Is it possible to have it start at 12:15 for pickups instead of 12?


Either way I can’t have people reserving until 12pm next day with no fee, incase that unit goes out again it’s not enough time I want to make sure they are charged for anytime after 7am.
