Email - Thank You survey

If I activate my thank you customer survey email now ...will it go to past events last year? I have it set to 3 days after event. I just want to make sure that this email will not send to past events - and only send moving forward. Do i need to filter out old events?

You can set a filter to capture everything from today forward if you want and that would ensure that they wouldn't go out to past customers.

Thank you.....I made the change about an hour ago - and since the program looks every 15 min to send emails - i think im safe! Thank you!
