emails getting stuck when picking template

Every email in the last few hours, when I go to select an email template it immediately changes the "send" button to" sending" in gray, but is not sending it, and it gets stuck. under the CRM it shows an email sent from like 50 years ago.

I just sent myself an email with no problem. I did see your SMTP settings are missing under your Foam Fury location

My auto quote emails are still not going out properly,

How do I find what my SMTP settings are and make sure they are entered correctly?

Hi Tom, yes you need to fix your SPF setting. If you go to your Settings-->Email Preferences you can check your SPF settings, I will send you the instructions on what you need to do this get this fixed.

Got to item number 2 before I was completely lost. Where do I go to locate DNS records?

my email is working properly now. Tom, I'd pay someone to do that. it is confusing. I think you can pay IO for that.
