Auto Email Timing

We have an email set to "automatic" and "0"days after quote yet have an instance where it did not send for 24 hours.

The email is designed to be a copy of the quote for customers so should be received immediately.

Why did this not send sooner and/or what do we need to do to make this happen?

Email title: "Customer - Recent Quote 2 (customer created)"

You would want to put some sort of timeframe in there...even if it's ".1" days since last quote
