Conditional Pricing based on Event Type (Residential vs Non-Residential)

Is it possible to have two different prices for the same unit based on the Customer [Event] Type. We have two different types of customer/events; Residential vs Non-Residential. It would be nice to automatically quote non residential customers a slightly higher based pricing vs backyard parties.
Please advise if this is currently an option.
