20x20 High Peak Tent Build is made up of the following components:

-(1) 20x20 Tent Top

-(4) Corner Elbows

-(8) White Spreader Poles

-(4) Black Leg Poles

-(4) Ratchet Top Tensioners

-(4) Splices

-(4) Ratchet Straps

-(4) Feet Baseplates

-(4) Tent Stakes

All the components have been entered into IO as accessories. Should we be using parent/child relationships or accessories?

Accessories work the best.

I use accessories. BUT 2 things to think about.

1. With that long of a list of accessories, it will create long rental lists on the lead screen. Consider not showing them on the lead screen, and definitely hide them from the quote and contract.

2. IF you hide them from the lead screen and one of them creates a conflict, it's not as easy to tell what accessory is causing the conflict.

We choose to hide the accessories on the lead list for now. As we build out maintenance systems in the IO Platform, this may change.

In the event of a conflict.....how do you then determine the culprit?

If you click on the red availability bubble, you will see a popup that will display the reason for the conflict and any leads that may be causing the conflict.

David, a message pops up explaining the lack of accessories, but doesn't say which one so we just dona little investigating to find out. A conflict happening due to an accessory happens way less than the number of times the tent goes out. The most common is just not having enough of the tent.
