Need Answer

We sent out a newsletter but a customer that was already marked as "Unsubscribe from all emails" still received it ?

I'm not showing that this customer is "unscribed" please see screenshot

Not sure who's account your looking in but that is not the customer that comes up in our database (and isn't even in our database. Attached is the customer in question

Usually if it says unsubscribed it means it didn’t go out. It’s giving the reason it didn’t go.

Yes but what I'm saying that the customer rang our office to complain he had previously unsubscribed and still received the newsletter
