A lead asked me this morning to send him a VCF card of my contact information so he could put it in his phone for future jobs. Does Inflatable Office have a feature to create and attach a VCF card?

No, InflatableOffice doesn’t have a built‑in feature to generate or attach a VCF (vCard) file.

Could you give me the procedures to attach an external file to an email? That's not a quote or an invoice?

You can add an external attachment to your email template by going to the Email Center. Open the email template and go to the attachments section. From here you can select a file to upload and attach to the template when it is sent.

You can create a vcf file using notepad on a windows and saving the file extension as .vcf. Then when you send a text just attach that file. OR you can attach it for email as well.

I know how to attach a file to a text but not an email other than the steps I tried below that didn't work

I created a VCF card and uploaded it as an attachment in I/O. (I have one inventory item named Attachments that has all of my attachments) The idea was to create an email and have the VCF card as a link they could click on to download. However, when I click on VCF file in Attachments it does not provide me with a URL link that I can embed in the email it opens the VCF file with my contact manager.

I know I can attach the VCF to the lead and then send it in an email but I was trying to avoid that.

Is there another way to attach a file to an email?
