Ability to "Merge" Delivery Method Fee and Distance Charge into 1 Fee Variable.

I would love to see the ability to merge these two variables in the future, if needed or wanted. We charge a baseline of $25.00 for the delivery method fee, plus Distance Charge $2.50/mile/one-way.
It shows both "fees" on quoting/invoicing, etc. I feel like the customer thinks I am trying to nickel-and-dime them, rather than having one line item called "Travel and Delivery" for $XX.XX.
I think you should be able to merge these fees (Delivery Method Fee and Distance Charge) into a single line item for "delivery" in the calculation. If you want to!
