how to send email templates from alt. email (not sales rep email)

Hello

Is there a way to format automatic iO email templates to send from our logistics@soundoffexperience.com email and NOT the lead's sales rep?

We'd like the following email template to come from our logistics team:

May it's possible to utilize zapier webhooks to trigger these emails so they come from the logistics team? Looking for guidance.
