In Florida we have a lot of Gated Communities and I see there is nowhere on the customer page to remind them to put the gate code in. Is there by chance that you could put a pop up stating is this a gated community and then a place where they can put a gate code in? This would be very helpful.

You could use an optional field to accomplish this. We do something similar, but with customer types. You could put "gated community" as delivery type and then maybe IO could add the code for a hidden field to appear if that Item is selected.

you can add an optional field to the order and then put it on your delivery information for your driver
