Customers couldnt pay balance using email

Had my first booking this morning using IO and the link with the balance owed reminder didn’t have an option for them to actually pay the balance. I had to complete it on my end. I already disabled the option for deposit only payments. So what else am I doing wrong?

What lead had issues paying? Were there any errors?

There was no error we just couldn’t find any way for them to pay I even got their phone and looked myself

You said they were clicking on the link though an email? Which email was it?

The email with the link to their contract. Once they click on that link all they see is the contract but no where to pay
