Review Email Link

Need Answer

We've had a link in our review email for customers pointing to our Google page since we created it (without issue).

A customer has alerted us to the fact that the link now diverts to IO's homepage.

Oddly though, the code in the email itself points to Google and our Google page.

Could you check and advise what is happening as we have tested the email the client received and he is correct (lead 9027165)

This is the link that displays in the email: https://rental.software/include/email/click.php?id=71684296&url=https%3A%2F%2Fg.page%2Fr%2FCYpWOrKJFWs6EAg%2Freview

However this is the code from the link within the actual email: <a href="https://g.page/r/CYpWOrKJFWs6EAg/review"; style="outline:none;" tabindex="-1" target="_blank"> <img align="center" alt="Google Logo" border="0" class="center autowidth" src="http://www.dontstoptheparty.com.au/email/google-review.png"; style="text-decoration: none; -ms-interpolation-mode: bicubic; height: auto; border: none; width: 100%; max-width: 150px; display: block;" title="Google Logo" width="150"></a>

Google review links do not work within our emails. (they haven't for some time) Here is a video on how to use use our "Thank You" email to prompt Google reviews: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8YmDJws-cQ

The reason we had individual links set up was that for the most part, whilst it's not necessary to have a google/gmail account in order to leave a review, there is an additional step that customers likely don't take (connecting their own email if they don't have a google account).

Is there a way for the system to somehow pull the data on whether or not the customer has a google account, otherwise it's a waste as they won't follow through with it.
