Organize Inventory within categories?

I have different categories (Slides, Combos, etc) and I want to organize the inventory to show in size order (15', then 16', etc). How do I organize my inventory within it? I already have them named with the size at the start

You should be able to do that on both the backend and website by going to Display Order in the setting tab.
