Coupon / Discount Applies to Full Retail Price

If I apply a discount to individual line items, the special ("MULTI10") tries to discount the full retail price:
Shouldn't a coupon or special apply to a discounted amount?

It looks like you have the coupon set up that if any 2 of the following rentals are added:
They will receive 10% off the rental total.
If you only want the requirement items to be discounted, you would need to add them to the rewards section of the promotion.
