Hello!

I am trying to create a report to see who our highest paying customers, by account, are.

We do have one on our dashboard but it only shows the top 5, I would like to see the top 20 or so for each location. Is there a way to adjust the quantity of result in the dashboard, I didn't see a way myself or a way to set up a report to see what account are the highest paying throughout the year?

You can simply use Contact Full Name and Contact Total $ Spent for the columns of the report. Group by name and Sort by total spent (descending) Place in a data table on the dashboard w/ a complete status filter

Is there a way to get the report to narrow down even farther to just this year? I tried to add a filter to it and play around and it still give results with the clients total compounded throughout the history of the company, i just need this years results.

i dont think i understand this part either 'Place in a data table on the dashboard w/ a complete status filter'

i don't need it on the dashbaord unless it will show me more then 5 results, there's already one available that searches this year, i just cant get more results to show up. when i try to create a table on the dashboard, it doesnt let me attach a report, its just blacked out. the attachment is what i have on my dashboard which is the search and filter i need, just need the top 20-30 not just 5

Yes, click fixed range on the drop down and choose your dates

even when the date range is applied, it does not give me accurate results when the report is added. The second client listed Sandra, has only had 1 event this year that was totaled around 1700, she shouldn't be listed

Try using Lead $ Total Sum instead of contact total spent in this case...that way it will apply the dates to the total

Yes! Think that did it, thank you so much!
